Unleash your energy and empower your body in our Weekly Kickboxing Class! This high-energy workout combines martial arts techniques with heart-pumping cardio, designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, burn calories, or relieve stress, our skilled instructors will guide you through every punch, kick, and movement with precision and motivation. Join us to build endurance, boost your confidence, and have fun in a supportive and dynamic environment. No matter your experience level, you’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and more focused each week! Class Details: Who Can Join: All fitness levels welcome – no prior experience needed. What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, and a towel. Gloves are optional but recommended.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, please review our booking policy, designed to work effortlessly with our scheduling system: Booking Guidelines - Online Reservations: Book your spot directly through our website. - Account Setup: To manage your bookings, create an account during your first visit. This allows you to view, reschedule, or cancel your classes with ease. Payment - Secure Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made through our secure checkout system using credit/debit cards. - Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class. Please refer to the cancellation policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class via your account on our website. Refunds will be processed minus applicable processing fees. - Rescheduling: Easily reschedule your booking through your account up to 24 hours before the class time. - No-Shows: If you miss a class without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled. Class Capacity - Class size is limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Book early to secure your spot. Arrival Time - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to check in. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons. Equipment - Participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves, but they are not required. Health & Safety - By booking, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. - Consult a physician if you have any medical concerns before attending.
